How funny. I worked out legs yesterday also and I am also feeling it today. I can’t even sit on the toilet w/o my legs shaking.
I’m not that bad, but I think tomorrow it will be unless I break up the trigger points in my quads. My calves and hamstrings are fine. It’s my quads that are killing me. I changed up my leg presses a bit, and my quads are wrecked. Everything else seems fine though. Once my thighs are parallel with the ground, all I feel is pain. Lifting stuff at work’s gonna suck!
Stay hydrated to flush out the lactic acid and all the other metabolic waste left behind. Foam roll too if you can. It’s gonna hurt like a bitch, but it cuts recovery time in half! I’m gonna roll again when I get home from work. I know I’ll need it!

Yesterday’s leg workout is starting to kill me now. I always hate my leg workouts 2 days after. Doing some foam rolling before I head off to work. I don’t wanna gimp around at work, not tonight nor tomorrow.
