100% agreed.
Haha, bro, I know you would agree. Pretty much all of #epicfamILY does. I was just there to make sure Lexan had the best first party ever!
Thanks for everything though, man! Wish you could’ve stayed till the next day though!
It was sick! I enjoyed dancing all night with my friends family! I wish that the party just wasn’t so short! Why was it all ages?! :’(
I just wished that Kaskade didn’t mash-up every damn song he played. I mean, I fell in love with the original versions of his songs. What Kaskade fan didn’t?
The only “old” song he did play was 4am, and, again, it was a mash-up. That made me sad.
Hearing Everything (Big Room Mix), It’s You, It’s Me (not mashed-up), Stepping Out (no moar mash-ups), or Here I Am (no mash-up plzzzzz) would have been cool, but there aren’t many househeads out there that don’t like, let alone love, deep house! Everything that’s house music nowadays is prog or electro, which is cool. I enjoy electro and prog house, but deep house is what I fell in love with.
Myon & Shane54 do mash-ups all the time, but those guys literally take two different songs, meld the two songs’ souls together, and form this beautiful, new creature. Kaskade’s mash-ups seem forced and contrived.
I’ll probably get a lot of hate for saying this, but this is how I feel.
